Smoky Chicken & Chorizo Chickpea Stew

Make the Air Fryer Smoky Chicken & Chorizo.

Add the leftovers from your Air Fryer Smoky Chicken & Chorizo batch to a saucepan (minus the chicken) along with the canned tomatoes and the jar of chickpeas (including the liquid). Simmer until piping hot. Add the chicken to the air fryer and heat until piping hot and the skin is crispy, then remove and chop.

Mix the spinach through the base until wilted. Serve in bowls and top with the chicken, yoghurt and parsley.
