Before you begin, make the Tuna RagĂş.
Heat the oven to 220°C. Add the Tuna Ragù to a bowl with the olives, lentils, tomato purée and water, stir together and transfer to a small ovenproof dish.
Top the filling with puff pastry and cut a hole into the middle to let the steam out. Brush with olive oil and bake for 20-25 mins until golden.
