Really loved this! It was very moorish and delicious, I'd definitely make it again! It reminded me of a dish I had at Sumi in London - The mushroom Gohan. I found it really simple to make, I did worry about the rice not having enough stock at one point and added a bit more water but I think this is mostly due to changing the portion sizes so worth bearing in mind. I did add a little soy to the finished dish which I loved but I do love a bit of extra salt and umami always!

This was really tasty. Not the simplest one-pot recipe but I'd definitely make it again. Based on another comment, I added some vinegar to the spring onion slaw to lift the dish a little. Also used standard veg stock instead of mushroom.

Enjoyed the flavours but found it a bit fiddly to make and cook. As a one pot dish I expected not to keep having to go back to it but that was not the case. Cod was lovely though and will use the miso butter again.

Tried this, pretty good! It feels like it needs something like ginger or something acidic than just the spring onion to balance out the richness though.
