this was yummy! I used orzo instead of quinoa/rice and also added in some blistered zucchini because I wanted to use it up and it all worked very well together! would make again for sure

so good, tangy, crunchy, everything! we had two portions of everything bar the salmon and feta, it was great! had to steam the salmon and sprinkled the everything bagel seasoning on it at the end. we didn't have the yogurt as it wasn't needed :)

note to self: don't salt the salmon. also, the salmon needs a lot longer in the oven. great recipe otherwise!

the soured yoghurt section is missing and the recipe calls for ‘1/2 a Greek yoghurt’

Great light meal, but could do with a flavour oomf from something else. maybe some mustard / a vinegarette in the salad would add a kick. I shop in Lidl so couldn't get the seeds, which is maybe what was missing..

I’ve made this a few times now. Love the ‘everything’ crust; would never have thought to do that, and the additions to the rice. I imagine it would work well with other protein instead of salmon too!

Very healthy and a stunning looking dish. Coating the salmon was a brilliant idea & worked great - will do that again for other recipes! Flavour-wise, it was interesting but nothing to hit home about.
Used giant cous cous instead of quinoa & rice mix.

I had high hopes from the comments but found this recipe a bit lack luster which is very rare for Mob! it was okay but wouldn’t rush to make again

Like all salads, this required a lot of prep, so not a quick meal, IMO. But definitely tasty and fun! I made this with trout in the pan and it worked well.

Made with barley and green lentils as grain base, fresh garlic in the coating - really good

Made this but with a basmati and wild rice sachet, added kimchi and tzatziki to my bowl. Very quick and delicious. Will be making this regularly.

Just a delicious mix of flavours. I used a bag of microwave basmati and wild rice, which was perfect.
