This meal plan is absolutely chock full of goodness. We've got weeknight herby kebabs with fresh and crunchy fennel slaw, broccoli salad with homemade croutons, and a quick and easy Caesar-inspired dressing. Oh, and let’s not forget the creamiest courgette pasta that comes amped up with a whole lot of lemony zing. You’ll eat well this week.

4 Large Courgettes

500g Rigatoni

3 Garlic Cloves

Bunch of Parsley

500g Sausages (Around 8 Sausages)

2 Tsp Dried Oregano

3 Lemons

500g Crème Fraîche

6 Flatbreads or Pitta Breads

1 Bulb of Fennel

50g Mayonnaise

2 Heads of Romaine (or 2 Heads of Baby Gem Lettuce)

1 Tbsp Dijon Mustard

400g Tenderstem Broccoli

140g Parmesan

100g Pumpkin Seeds
