Delicious restaurant meal! 75g of couscous per person was way too much for us, though. Will do 50g next time

This meal is SO good!! I love garlic so I added garlic to the chicken, and also added some chilli to the couscous. So easy to make. Will definitely be cooking again.

This meal is incredible! I made it for my mum - who is notoriously difficult to cook for - she is still talking about it over a week later. The recipe quick, a few healthy ingredients, and easy (I managed it while 8 months pregnant), it was so worth it. I used Orzo, a full spatchcocked chicken and added a tablespoon or two of Ottolenghi's Harissa because I was running low on Ras el Hanout. So happy to have stumbled across this recipe!

A big favourite of ours that it's our regular scheduled. We roast a whole chicken butterflied to make it cheaper and last longer.

Fantastic flavor! Broiled the chicken at the end to get the skin extra crisp

So yum! Meal prepped for the week. Added crushed garlic to the chicken and made a chilli oil & yoghurt dip

This was delicious. We made the yogurt sauce dairy-free using unsweetened vegan yogurt— it was great!
