    This was super easy to make and so tasty! I ended up omitting the double cream for a lighter flavor - the stock and Parmesan still emulsified into a really yummy sauce.

    This was amazing. So rich and tasty - no need to add meat. Never thought about cooking pasta in stock - what a bonza idea, gives so much flavour. Will be making this one on the regular!

    I did this as part of the creamy-leeky meal plan but subbed yoghurt for double cream as there's only two of us so it wasn't really worth buying both. Worked great!

    This was SO good! Perfect for after a weekend roast chicken. I threw in a few bits of cooked chicken too but reduced the amount of pasta. Will definitely be making this again
