Should you flip the salmon? I cooked it 7 mins skin down and the top side was raw, but it doesn't mention anything in the recipe

Hi Sophia. The hot butter hitting the salmon should be enough to finish cooking the top of it, but if your salmon fillets are thick, simply turn it over once off the heat and leave for a couple of mins until cooked through.
