Nice, but the pasta portion is huge and it needs some veggies and protein on the side. We had it with chicken and broccoli and the pasta was enoght for four when we cooked two portions.

I agree that is needs some greens to go alongside for some crunch but this is such a creative way to use Butterbeans! So creamy and minimal storecupboard ingredients. I added Prawns for extra Protein as I'm a meat eater and some shaved parmesan to top it off

Delicious. Good with or without the tahini, just need less lemon if not using tahini.

this was wildly sour and such a disappointment since I batch cook for the family. recommend adding lemon to taste instead.

Hi Tom! While this isn't you're typical meat-powered high-protein meal, the beans do really boost the macros :)

Great take on aglio e olio - with more protein! Loved it as a quick week night dinner.

Loved this. Not keen on butter beans but this was yum. I used dried chilli and added some chopped up tenderstem broccoli. Just delicious. Agree with James C- add the pasta water as it really does thicken up. Quick and easy. Just a bit hard to make for one person. But I'll keep the sauce in the fridge and hope it's OK in few days.

Loved this one! The juice of one lemon was also enough for me

Some adjustments next time I make it: - only 1 lemon - extra garlic and chilli (raw, at the end) - needs some texture - maybe lemon breadcrumbs, or a nut - sauce thickens as it cools, so don't be afraid of adding the pasta water
