This is really nice but i wouldnt classify it as 'high protein' as it is included in the 'high protein' weekly meal plan.

This was super quick, easy and yummy. I didn’t have mint so I used parsley, and peas instead of edamame. Beansprouts also went a miss, but it all tasted great.

Really good batch meal option. Added a touch of honey and used frozen edamame which need 5-10 mins cooking time.
