Kept it a secret from my bloke I was using lidil instant noodles.used seasoning that they came with, and used veg stock cube in the water. So quick and tasty for those evenings you just can't be a***d 🫣🤫

Delightful recipe! So easy and quick - ideal for lunch. Used broccoli instead of pak choi to use up what I had in the fridge, and didn’t have instant packet noodles so made up a little seasoning mix for the broth with bouillon powder, sugar, msg and onion powder. Will definitely make again!!
