    Really enjoyed this for dinner tonight. So filling, flavourful and delicious. I did 1/2 more lime juice (was making for 2 so used a whole lime) and it was delicious. Next time I'll do it with pak choi instead of fennel.

    This was a real comfort eat! Great option for work from home lunch. I added a pinch of sugar and an extra 1/2 lime juice to make the dressing more tangy, and popped some leftover feta, crispy onions and seeds on top just for a bit of extra protein and crunch!
