Yep that's right. Split between the 4 portions it add a load of creaminess and heaps more protein

Does the crumble part get baked at all for crispiness?

Hi Rebecca! The oats aren't bake in this recipe, they're more of a soft oaty topping. But you could bake them in the oven at 170°C for about 10 mins until golden and crunchy if you like.
