Made this for the first time this evening but without the orzo. Served with the ottolenghi feta/oregano chips. Didn’t do anything different but added 50ml of water instead of 300ml as per the recipe. It was delicious however it did take a lot longer than 45 minutes in total once I had de-shelled the prawns and cut the incision off. We loved it though!
