I hadn't any kidney beans so instead I used butter beans and I didn't include the chickpeas either. Also added fresh parsley and sage as I had it to use and the spice mix Ras el Hanout for the same reason. Increased the liquid with vegetable stock (instead of tomato sauce) and used sour cream to garnish. It was very tasty.
