Step 1.
Preheat your oven to 200°C.
Step 2.
In a jug or bowl, mix together the kecap manis, sesame oil, grated garlic, grated ginger, and white pepper. Stir until combined. Add the chicken to a bowl and pour over the marinade. Set aside.
Step 3.
Trim the green beans then toss with olive oil, salt and pepper.
Step 4.
Add the chicken to a roasting tray. Pop in the oven for 10 minutes, then take out the oven and add the green beans, sitting the chicken on the top. Pour over any remaining marinade and pop back into the oven for 10-15 minutes until the chicken is charred and cooked through.
Step 5.
Leave to cool before storing. The cooked chicken will last in the fridge for up to 5 days in the fridge and 3 months in the freezer.
To reheat pop in the microwave and from frozen thaw in the fridge overnight.
