I absolutely love this salad and have made it multiple times. Have used sprouting broccoli, fine green beans and asparagus. Also when the chicken has rested, add the juice. Try this recipe you will not be disappointed...everyone needs this in their life!

I took the chicken out to make it a side salad and used a bit of asparagus as I didnât have enough broccoli, but this was absolutely delicious! I halved the olive oil as other reviewers have suggested. I will definitely make this again!

Good recipe! I would suggest maybe frying or roasting (with the chicken) some onions.
I toasted the quinoa first in butter then cooked I'm stock.
I added avocado, spring onions, and chilli oil at the end đ

This recipe was freaking amazing (and filling) but I found that I needed more dressing than what was indicated in the recipe - all of the other ingredients I used 1/3 of, the dressing I made in the full ingredient amount.

Loved this, I used chicken thighs, and added some toasted sesame seeds and chili flakes. Really quick and tasty!

I made this for a work lunch. Really nice. You could easily substitute broccoli for other green veggies of you didn't have enough. Also, I used way less oil and it was still tasty but less fat/calories. X

This a regular meal prep lunch for me! I use rice/quinoa combo pouches instead of just quinoa, or any other grains packs I have in the cupboard, as I like the mix! Also way too much olive oil for me, I use about a quarter of the amount! Alongside the sesame oil and lime juice that seems perfect for me.

Perfect recipe for meal prep! I also added spring onion and asparagus to bulk it out for a couple of days of lunches and it was so tasty

Was really delicious! I switched the olive oil for the dressing for more lime juice... because diet :D and i browned my chicken breasts on both sides before chopping everything. Was really good! IÂŽll make this recipe again :)
