nearly cried making this one, cubing 1kg of chicken thigh took at least ten minutes in itself, also you shouldn’t have to finely chop anything in a recipe that has 15 min prep time. Instructions to shred cabbage not clear, I grated it and it was very mushy, on reflection should’ve used a mandolin to finely slice. Had to do all of this with the grill blasting - how long do you think the grill takes to get hot? surely you can preheat when assembling kebabs. Then I realised I only had 2 skewers left, partly my fault but also no where on the shopping list did it say get skewers, are reusable skewers a standard thing people have in their kitchens? did taste nice in the end tbf
