Really tasty! Like others have suggested, I paired with sweet potato chips and it went so well together. Also added some feta & avocado to the taco which I thought helped round everything out. Made a big batch of the chimichurri & tomato sides so that I can easily cook the fish & throw it all together for dinner all week.

I would have loved to have the haddock a little crispier for the haddock but everything together was incredible. I’d also have chimichurri covered tomatoes as a snack again too!

Super tasty, and quiet simple to make as it only involves the oven. Avoiding having a load of hobs on after work is appreciated. I did up the fish quantity as 160g didn't seem that much over 4 tortillas.

Easy recipe & great flavour! Added Avocado to the tacos too + we had some Japanese ‘Lemonesco’ chili sauce, and it paired so well with this. Great recipe Mob!

Chimichurri sauce definitely made the haddock and was suck a quick recipe even in the air fryer. Would highly recommend for a quick healthy meal and can be made in lettuce if you don’t want the Tortillas!!! Thanks Mob Ayala

Love the chimichurri sauce! A good match with the white fish. We also sauteed some shrimp and it worked as well as the fish. I didn't bother with making the two types of chimichurri...I just put out the sauce, seafood, tomatoes, and added avocado and radish. Definitely will make this again!

This is fantastic! We didn’t have a blender so you used a stick mixer, worked just fine. Also upgraded the taco with a base layer of guacamole which made it very creamy.
