This recipe is pretty good! The slaw is good but personally think the dish is fine without. I also couldn't find coconut water in small enough quantities, so accidentally made it with 'coconut milk drink'. It didn't affect the flavour though!

My husband hasn’t cooked for me in over a decade 🤣 I suggested he looked at my Mob account and he chose this surprise dish while I was out. Came back to a smelly fish sauce kitchen, but the dish was amazing! Just had the leftovers for lunch 👍

One :) lovely recipe, added a bit more fish sauce so not too sweet.
