Everyone’s favourite salad made healthy. The cottage cheese dressing drops the calories substantially while upping the protein. It’s also incredibly delicious.

Romaine Lettuce
Basil Leaf
Parmesan
Olive Oil
FOR THE DRESSING:
Cottage Cheese
Anchovy
Parmesan
Garlic Clove
Worcestershire Sauce
Lemon

Tuesday evening dinner...mob's Cottage Cheese Chicken Caesar.
Super tasty and very filling. I used my airfryer to cook the broccoli 🥦 and finish the croutons. I made the cottage cheese today, it was a little dry, so added some milk to thin the dressing 👍🏻
I used salad leaves I had, and some sprouted alfalfa too.
Didn't realise I'd forgotten the grated parmesan until we were half way through, so we did without. It was still brilliant. Well recommended 👌
