Never thought of using halloumi in a curry but worked really well. Can’t get paneer in local supermarket so great alternative. Really simple recipe which my 10 year old was able to make and the whole family enjoyed.

one of my favourite recipes! I find it easier to fry the halloumi first then taking it out and adding it back in at the end rather than cook it with the sauce as it tends to stick to the bottom :)
