it was ok, maybe because of that. felt like something was missing from the flavours…and it was…I just notice that some of the ingredients were not mentioned in the cooking method

We enjoyed this, nice flavours and good protein. Very filling too! Only note is we'd use slightly less tahini as it over powers a little - but that's personal preference.

Not sure on this one. I was good with it. Kind of. But after 4 years of never missing a beat of what I cooked. My partner for the first time had something else after 3 mouthfuls. So it’s a no to cook again for us.

Sauce needs more salt than you think with some acid (I just used lemon juice). Was pretty good

why is the tahini not mentioned at all in the preparation steps? not even CTRL+F finds it...

Hi Leo, the tahini gets added in step 5, when you add all the remaining sauce ingredients into the blender. Hope that clears it up!

We loved this. I actually used a whole pack of smoked tofu and it thickened the sauce right up and tasted delicious! A healthy dinner 🥗

First recipe from mob that I didn't enjoy. Quite disappointed, sauce is tasty but textures don't really work.

Hi Neha, sorry to hear this one didn't hit the mark for you. You could try a different noodle if texture is a problem, rice or egg noodles could work well here.

Really good and just satisfies the saucy noodles craving. My adjustments:
1. No miso paste so I added a chicken stock cube for some umami
2. Didn't blanch the coriander and garlic because I wanted the fresh green and garlicky kick - which really comes through.
3. Used a premade chilli crisp for topping

YUM! Wasn't sure what to expect with this one, but it is really good! Yes, there is A LOT of sauce, but I'm down with that

My girlfriend showed me an instagram reel of this recipe and has been asking if i can make it for her, and I finally did it after coming back from a trip and it was extremely yummy and fun! she loved it so much she cried
I think i used a little extra miso paste and also added a jalapeno to the boiling water with the spinach and kale, and i think it did alot!

Wiggly worms and swampy green slime have gone down an absolute storm, thank you 🙏

Love this one! Anything green makes you feel so virtuous right. Plus great protein hit. I had two par boiled eggs on top and also chucked in some peas for a bit more texture. Yums

Honestly insane that this recipe was even published. This produced enough sauce for a 15 person dinner party, and as specified with this volume it was so bland. The volume of greens need to be cut at least in half, and the other ingredients modified so it’s not bland but not salty. Huge thumbs down

Super fun! The sauce has great flavor but the topping really brings it all together. I followed the recipe exactly but couldn’t find baby spinach so I used frozen and just microwaved it and added to the rest of the sauce ingredients.

I love that this recipe has protein, lots of veg, carbs and FLAVOUR. I made it with the app recipe which unfortunately hadn’t been updated to the current one so I ended up using half the sauce for two portions of noodles. My two portions was 400g pre cooked udon. Unfortunately this took me quite a while to make (I’m a slow chopper) and this wasn’t helped with using a medium saucepan to blanch the veg so anyone reading this.. use the biggest pot you have to cook the greens! Last note from me is that I used kale because I couldn’t find Cavolo Nero but it still worked great :)

Tasty and comforting! I agree with Grace - the sauce for 2x could easily work for 4 portions of noodles. My udon came in 600g so I cooked them all - still super saucy. Have a feeling the extras will make a good midnight snack :)

Hi Meagan, thanks for the helpful feedback! We've reviewed the recipe and made a few changes with it in mind. It now serves 3, with an increased quantity of noodles.

The flavour of the sauce was great! I didn’t make the crispy topping but served with my fave chilli crisp. There was a lot of sauce and maybe could have halved and had enough for everyone. Will be making this recipe again as a weeknight dinner as so easy and tasty but will probably play with the quantities as I think the recipe for 2 maybe enough for 4.

NEVER reuse oil!!!!! That is not healthy as it causes byproducts that cause inflammation and is precisely why fast food should be avoided.
