Hey Vicente! You can eat this hot or cold, we'd recommend reheating in a microwave for 1-2 mins on high until warmed through.

a little too much guchajang, one spoon is enough. Otherwise nice and easy.

This was delicious and so quick to do. I did the chicken in the air fryer drawer so clean up was a doddle. This will become a regular for me.

This was awesome, the Korean paste made it really spicy but with a really interesting flavour. Lasted 4 days in the fridge in an airtight container. Very filling which is great for my weightloss.

Loved this sauce, delicious! I also roasted some bell peppers and mixed them into the sauce at the end to pad out the chicken

The kids have asked for this to be added to the regular dinner list - the only thing which I find with all mob recipes (maybe we’re a family of greedy gorbs) but I would times everything by 1.5 for the portion sizes to be what I want

The chicken in sticky sauce is unreal - punchy flavours with a lovely texture! I had half a jar of chickpeas left over from another MOB recipe so I roasted those alongside the chicken. Used a microwave pouch of rice for speed. Absolutely delicious, filling meal. I will be making it again!

Really easy to make as a mid-week dinner! I used microwave sticky rice, because no matter how I try, I end up with mushy rice, LOL! but the chicken is delicious (if almost impossible to clean from the baking tray, LOL!) I cooked it slightly longer than the recipe so ensure it was cooked through. Mess notwithstanding, I will definitely be making this again!!

This was delicious! I felt there was maybe too much rice compared to chicken but the flavour was great! Cooked it for a little longer with the sauce on and added cashews - yum!

Made it on the gas in a camper van as had no oven access, subbed gochuchang for crushed chilli paste and it was delicious (Chinese takeaway vibes)

Delicious & easy to make! I used less gochujang to make it less spicy, but loved the level of flavour.

The big problem I had with this recipe is when the chicken came out of the oven everyone would walk by and grab a chunk, and eat it while it was cooling. The first batch was gone. I had run to the butcher the next day to make more chicken. Delicious!!!

Is there any substitute for gochujang? I'm gluten free so can't use it in recipes.
