Step 1.
Bring a pan of water to the boil. Drop the egg in and cook for 6 mins.
Step 2.
Cook the noodles according to packet instructions, drain but reserve 50ml of water. Tip into a bowl, then whisk the water with the soy and the packet of flavouring. Tip over the noodles and toss well.
Step 3.
Drizzle with the tahini and chilli oil. Peel the egg, halve and whack on top. Finely slice the spring onions and scatter over, along with the coriander leaves and toasted seeds. Tuck in, preferably from the sofa.
