I made this for the month and it’s amazing! My only suggestion for a batch of this size is to precook the chicken in small batches so you can properly brown it. I plan to add a big helping of spinach next time to up the veggie serving. Great recipe!!! 6 servings 3lbs of chicken (upped to 8oz / serving) 51oz of bone broth (kept it thick!) Loads of sun dried tomatoes and pesto 😋

Am I being silly? Why does it have to be a pan with a lid? I couldn’t see where this was needed 🤷‍♀️

Thanks for flagging this Olivia! There's no need for the pan to have a lid – we've removed that comment.

Made this the other day and it was very good. I added spinach for some colour and greens. Will make again!

The amount of stock here is crazy. I added more orzo than in the recipe and reduced the stock by a third and it was too watery:

Hi Chris, thanks so much for your helpful feedback! We've reduced the stock quantity slightly with this in mind.

Yummy! Cooked for 4 and it is a firm favourite! I found I needed all the stock but I didn't weigh the orzo so maybe I added more than the recipe said and that was why?! Definitely will make again.

This is up there! One of the best we have made on here so far. Agree with others, not as much stock needed.

Family loved this, husband said best supper we’ve had in ages! Went pesto heavy, & less stock. Spinach would work well too. 10/10. 😊

So delicious. I went heavy on the pesto and sun-dried tomato and added some crunch, toasted pine nuts and garlic croutons. Easy, quick and yummy.

This was so good & tasty! You definitely need less stock I’d say about 750ml. I accidentally bought Thai basil so I left it out, didn’t miss it! Will add spinach next time. Thanks!

Such a good recipe!!! I added more pesto, less stock, and some zucchini (as read in the comments). Perfect for meal prep as well, my other servings I popped into the freezer for another day! Thanks for sharing Meg
