A really yummy dish, thanks! My boyfriend and I used 750g chicken breasts (with skin and bones), instead of 1 kg chicken. We also halved the rest of the recipe and used brown miso, and it turned out great. In addition we reduced the cooking time, so 25 min instead of 35 min, and 15 min instead of 25 min, both steps on 180 °C. I have removed the skin in the picture due to personal preferences, but it still had a lot of taste since the butter mix was placed both under and over the skin.

Tried this last night and the chicken came out black on the outside and raw in the middle. Needed to put back in the air fryer for at least 20 mins and cover with foil. However once it was cooked, the flavours were great so will be trying this again but in the oven..
