    The chocolate mixture split slightly… but we found if you underwhip the cream and then combine the chocolate mix and cream, whisk with a hand held whisk for a few mins, it will thicken up and become a silky, pale and thick mousse like texture. Delicious.

    The caramel was delicious but despite 2 attempts we couldn’t stop the chocolate from separating.
