Found this easy to make, one pot is a blessing. Didn’t blend the peppers just for texture and added a couple of carrots for veg when cooking the onions. Will be cooking again. First recipe since signing up to MOB. Winner.

Tasted okay, however the lasagne sheets were still al dente after 45 minutes and the creme fraiche split so it didn’t look very appetising.
