I am a huge curry fan and this was sooooo good. I added quite a bit extra water - probably around 1 cup. In future I might marinate the cubed paneer beforehand or let it cook a bit longer in the gravy to let it absorb more flavour.

Update - made it again but this time I marinated the paneer in yoghurt, cumin powder and some salt. I also cooked it for 2 minutes before adding in the peas and spinach for 3 minutes. I do feel the paneer pieces had more flavour this time! Was delicious

It was nice and quick to make, I feel like the water content seems very high, I used a lot less than 400ml. Nice and tasty though.
