One of the tastiest home made dishes I’ve made yet! So full of flavour, textures and colour. I didn’t find red cabbage so I got kimchi instead and that added another layer. Really delicious!

This is definitely a keeper. Made it for lunch today and was soo tasty. I used Aldi’s new hot honey(flavoured with chilli) which worked beautifully with the halloumi and peri peri seasoning. Give this a go, you will not be disappointed 😀

Absolutely delicious meal that I will make again. I'm not the biggest spice fan and found it to have quite the kick so would put less peri peri next time but that's personal preference. I did it for one serving and my calories also came out way higher without using huge amounts of oil etc but it was definitely worth it!

Great recipe - was a hit for my hub and young kids too. More options for picky eaters would be great - particularly meals like this were you can serve a small portion of each element without all the food mixed together.

Please include specific quantities for key ingredients (like pitta, hummus, olive oil… ) the calories are way out on this recipe not including these key elements. Thank you!

Hey Jen! Thanks for the feedback. We’ve left the pitta, hummus, and olive oil quantities flexible so you can adjust to your preference. The calorie count is based on one flatbread and a generous dollop of hummus per person, but totally get your point and we’ll keep it in mind!
