    Also I think this would be great for having as a snack, just having the crispy cauliflower plain and dipping it into a smaller portion of this sauce. Basically I'm obsessed with this recipe so thank you

    Soooo tasty, best way to eat cauliflower for sure. Although I think I put a bit too much soy sauce in as mine is much darker, so I think I will use less soy sauce next time and just add more if I need it based on the colour.
