Two tablespoons of salt seems a lot. Is this correct? I am cooking a belly twice the weight. Should I therefore use a full four tablespoons?

Hi Jane! We've reviewed this one and reduced the salt to 1 tbsp. For a belly twice the size, you can use twice the amount of salt.
