I used tinned salmon and left out the broccoli. Put it into a sandwich with sliced cucumber. Yum sandwiches!!

Interested in this recipe but I don't see a weight for the salmon fillets. Are they 6 oz each?

Hi Marie! This recipe uses standard salmon fillets from a UK supermarket, weighing 120-130g (or 4.5 oz) per fillet.

I think the quantities are a bit out - it says two salmon fillets for 1 person.
