PHWOAR!! Will definitely be making this again. The coleslaw is something I'll be adding to the weekend meal prep for general use - a zingy crunchy addition to whatever is in the fridge for lunch. Really quick & easy to make and much more than the sum of its parts. Oh and economical use of salmon too - always worth noting. Another 10/10..
