This was delicious. Used a range of frozen greens including soya broad beans broccoli and peas. Also swapped quinoa for bulgar wheat which is more popular in our house. Straight into the regular file

Very tasty and simple way of getting in my oily fish for the week, but not a huge portion (for a salad). It did leave me feeling pretty satiated but maybe not one for "volume eaters".
