I think the weights for the rice and beans are off. Maybe they mean cooked weights not dry? The amounts made far far far too much rice and beans for the 3 portions I was creating. I also used less lime juice in the sauce and added a bit of peanut butter for taste. Took a while to make (as it was a new recipe for me) and used a lot of utensils/pots pans blender etc, but was delicious though and I’d make again.
