I don’t like the tahini sauce by itself, but if you mix the mince (I used beef instead of pork for accessibility reasons) through it actually balances to a great dish. If you want to eat the noodles by themselves I would definitely recommend adding some honey or a pinch of sugar to balance it a bit, it’s very tahini-heavy otherwise.
