Lovely recipe, a quick note, 500g lasagne is definitely a crazy number, assuming you mean 200g?

Hi Louise, thanks for flagging this! We've reviewed the quantities and made a few changes. We advise using 300g lasagne sheets and upping the serving to 5 people.
