Lovely recipe. I added garlic to the marinade and I added a little sweet chilli sauce to the veg at the end as they were a little lacking in flavour but the flavour profile overall and the addition of the toasted sesame is yummy. I think I might stir fry the veg separately next time as they were a little too raw but otherwise, great flavours.

If you don't have an air fryer could you use the oven or saute the fillets in a pan?

Hi Eleri, yes you could bake the salmon in an oven at 180°C but it will take a little longer (10-15 mins total).

I adjusted the marinade recipe quite a bit to make use of things I already had at home - I used teriyaki sauce instead of hoisin, and added chopped garlic, sesame oil, rice wine vinegar (instead of lime), and lazy red chillies. It was delicious! Next time I’d cook the stir fried veg on their own for a while first as they were still quite raw.

I had to cook extra 8 minutes (checked every 4 mins) until my salmon was cooked

I’m not a fan of cooked salmon but my partner is so I cook it for us and EVEN I think this is a delicious way to eat salmon.
