Tuna & Green Bean Tonnato Salad
Making your own tonnato sauce at home isn't as difficult as you might think. All you need is a half-decent food processor to get the job done.

It's giving me, summer vibes in the middle of winter! Excellent timing for the eggs, followed it to a T and it gave me perfectly jammy yolks. I do not have a food processor but just a personal blender so I had to add a bit of water to the tonnato sauce to get it to blend, but otherwise everything was perfect. Also unlikely to get 80g of capers from one jar (mine was 125ml), just sprinkle liberally to taste.
