    Lovely recipe, underbaking it is key for moistness. Mine probably turned out more cakey since I removed 100g of icing sugar but it's the perfect amount of sweet/chewy for me. Very rich and satisfying. Also. Would be easier for less dishes to do: melted butter first, add in chocolate, then egg once melted, whip, then sift flour and cocoa overtop and fold.
