Very very salty. Cut down on the miso, add cream with the butter and an egg yolk to temper and smooth the sauce and it would be good. It was very overwhelming as the recipe indicates

I did it last night, but I didn’t like it at all. I’ve liked other Mob recipes, but this one was a huge miss. It mixed many tasty ingredients, that’s a fact, but it got too overpowering. I felt like I couldn’t have more than a spoon. Plus, guanciale, miso, soy sauce marinade, parmesan? I think I now have high blood pressure just for the amount of salt I’ve eaten. However, the egg yolk marinade is definitely good, I’ll use it in different recipes.

Delicious! We used brown miso instead of white and it was lovely. A great quick recipe and easy to throw together after a long day! Ps. The eggs are worth it :)
