a simple recipe that tasted great. I added some sliced peppers to the chicken pan with the onions to up the veg. kids didn’t like the garlicky rice so all the more for the grown ups!

This slaaaaaapped - only used half a red onion because a whole one felt like a lot with only one cucumber and only used one red chilli cause my partner doesn’t like spice as much. Also would recommend making the salad a bit earlier to give time for the lemon juice and salt to reduce the potency of the onion and chillies. Will deffo be making again!

Hey Summer! A big pinch should do to season the chicken well, but you can adjust based on your personal taste. You can always add more at the end :)

Fabulous and easy; however, the next day it was not quite that tasty and we didn't love it for food prep. The chicken (which had been very moist and tender) had become quite tough, and the rice had lost lots of its vibrancy. Still, a great dish we'll keep cooking regularly!

absolutely delicious. more work than I’d usually do, but so worth it. I did the ingredients for 2 of us, but had feta whip, I used bhulgar wheat not rice and pickle left over. so meatballs with that tomorrow

this was so so tasty!! all the flavours worked in perfect harmony together! I was a bit worried about the spiciness with having raw chillies in the salad but the lemon juice and the yoghurt balanced it perfectly! 10/10!
