He’s not a chef, but he’s spent years circling the Mob kitchen, determined to prove he belongs there. Equal parts stubborn and creative, Jake brings the same persistence to food as he does to ideas, pushing until something sticks. Eventually, it did, earning him a permanent place in the Mob catalogue and a quiet claim to Mob folklore.
