    Absolutely delicious. Followed others suggestions of adding some anchovy paste! Also added a diced onion and grilled some lonely peppers with the aubergine just to not waste them! Oh, and added a jar of black olives as I seem to be growing a collection! Portioned up with pasta ready for lunches now!

    Reminder for me. A portion of sauce is approx 250g. Add drained and chopped 100g jar of anchovies, cut chili flakes by half.

    Hi Mel, thanks so much for the feedback! There was a small error in the email as there are no onions in this base recipe, but you'll need 1 onion in recipe #3 (the Peanutty Aubergine, Cauliflower & Coconut Curry) to make the curry paste.
