I really wanted to like this recipe however the method for the sandwich is inconsistent with ingredients or at best doesn't make sense.
Marinated tomatoes aren't listed in the ingredients. Only dry onions are mentioned and yet method asks for the cooked onions to be chopped then tossed into..... The air? What's being made in section 2 is not very clear at all until section 3 and leads to confusion for the overall final construction.
