Before you begin, make the Spiced Keema Mix.
Step 1.
Set a large saucepan over a medium heat and add the leftover Spiced Keema Mix, stirring occasionally until warmed through.
Step 2.
Meanwhile, cook the pasta in salted boiling water, reserving a mug full of pasta water for later.
Step 3.
Once al-dente, add the pasta to the Spiced Keema Mix and cook for another 3-4 mins. Add a ladle full of pasta water to loosen if needed.
Step 4.
Share between bowls and top with extra coriander, sliced red chillies and grated cheese.
