Spiced Keema Rice

Cook the rice of your choice following pack instructions, then tip into a large saucepan set over a medium heat. Add the keema mix, frozen peas, and a pinch of salt. Cook for 5-7 mins.

Set a frying pan over a medium heat and drizzle in some oil and fry your eggs until done your liking.

Chop your coriander and chillies and set aside.

Optional - Mix together the yoghurt, cumin, juice of the lemon and a pinch of salt and black pepper to make the dressing.

Once the rice is ready, plate up and top with your fried egg, coriander and chillies.

Optional - Drizzle over your yoghurt dressing.
