Rich Bean Chilli with Spicy Jalapeño Sauce

Put most of the coriander into a blender with the jalapeños, garlic, lime juice and a nice slosh of the jalapeño pickle juice. Season with salt and whizz until smooth – loosen with water if it’s a bit thick!

Heat the leftover Veggie Chilli Sin Carne through until piping hot and top with the spicy coriander sauce and the remaining coriander leaves. Eat as is, or scoop up with tortilla chips.
